Park Suites Site Plan Design

For such a relatively small project, the ParkSuites condo site plan shows a pretty decent range of facilities. It has even managed to tuck in a 50m lap pool into its compact site, along with a recreation pool, and a kid’s pool. (In some ways, this is pretty similar to a nearby condo, the Terra Hill condo at Pasir Panjang.)

Perhaps because, as can be seen from the Terra Hill condo showflat, it has spread the facilities out over a few levels. But also possibly by tapping on the park on its doorstep, turning it into an extension of its garden that houses the children’s play area. Just as the Terra Hill has its own gate that opens directly onto Kent Ridge Park.

The ParkSuites site layout is also attractive in another way – hardly any of the units here face another one front to front. And by stringing them around the square, most of the homes here are unblocked, getting either a park view or a pool view, and greater privacy.
