In the private landed residential estate of Mount Sinai, along Holland Grove Road and down the road from Holland Village. It is being developed by Far East Organisation, one of the biggest and most established developers in Singapore.

ParkSuites condo offers the convenience of shops at ground level. The plans are for a mix of retail spaces, featuring a community of artisanal services. ParkSuites is situated just off Holland Road. This is one of the prime residential districts of Singapore, comprising mainly landed residential homes, and some private condominiums.
Henry Park Primary School, just across the road, is well-known and sought after. So too is Holland Village, 1.5km away along Holland Road, popular with expats and locals for its hodgepodge of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and an indefinable charm.

LUMINA GRAND EC SHOWFLAT . LAUNCH BY CDL
Another project in the west side of Singapore is the Lumina Grand EC. This is an executive condominium that will launch for sale in Bukit Batok estate. The actual site is on the fringe of the estate, across Bukit Batok Road from Tengah “forest” estate.
Lumina Grand EC is being developed by CDL, that just sold out Copen Grand EC in Tengah itself. It is however not really within walking distance of an MRT station.
Nevertheless the Lumina Grand showflat is expected to see good viewership, due to the dearth of executive condo launches in recent times. Pricing has not been announced yet, but is expected to be close to that of Altura, the other EC next door. Which therefore puts it in the $1,4xx to $1,5xx PSF range.
The Lumina Grand EC showflat will likely only launch in early 2024, as the floor plans and other details are still being finalised.
